My career has touched on all aspects of creativity in marketing and brand storytelling. I've worked as a creative director on the agency and corporate sides of the business, creating all kinds of content for global brands. I've successfully built, grown, and collaborated on high performing cross-functional teams and known for maintaining trusted long-term relationships with partners and colleagues.

Most recently, I was a creative director for Marriott's next-gen in-house content studio. I developed and produced premium, story-driven programming, top-of-funnel content, and original I.P., including episodic docuseries, brand films, and social videos.

Before Marriott, I led Starwood's global in-house film and video studio that created customer-facing video content and marketing campaigns for Starwood's ten lifestyle brands.

At Nike, I helped build and lead the company's first in-house studio for original video content. I transformed the department from a legacy internal communications team to a creative video and film studio focused on customers and the brand impact worldwide. I played a pivotal role in establishing Niketown retail superstores as destinations for immersive, entertainment, and story-driven experiences. The films we produced anchored customer experiences at global sporting events like the World Cup and the Olympics.

As a business owner, I created a hybrid agency/production company that worked directly with brands and agencies to develop filmed content across a wide variety of platforms.
