Starwood legacy, a thank you and goodbye.

Insight.
In the spring of 2016, Marriott acquired Starwood Hotels leading lifestyle brands and the SPG Loyalty program. The merge of the two companies marked the end and imminent demise of the SPG brand name and the end of what many believe to be the best hotel loyalty program ever.
Idea.
Knowing the SPG loyalty program would soon be combined into Marriott's loyalty program. Our objective was to create a heartfelt thank you and goodbye to over 21 million brand loyalty members. A final curtain call is crediting our guests as the source of inspiration behind all the innovation that was Starwood. The campaign was the last piece of customer communication from the SPG brand.
